Dear Guests,

When you book a stay at our facility, you can be sure that to ensure maximum security we have implemented the following measures responsibly:

• hand sanitizers positioned in the contact areas of the Guests;
• thermometers available at receptions for conducting body temperature checks on request;
• supply of medical masks and gloves for our Guests and collaborators on request;
• specialist training of our collaborators to ensure knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols;
• cleaning operations carried out by qualified personnel equipped with PPE (gloves, mask and uniform), professional alcohol-based and / or bleach-based detergents are used for cleaning;
• Sanitization of all contact points several times a day, through specific alcohol-based products

Our hotel has activated the highest standards of disinfection and sanitization for COVID-19 in rooms and surfaces, thanks to the collaboration of professionals with the vaporization method with virucidal Quanisol 10 with certified regular release, to guarantee the kind guests maximum level of cleaning and sanitization..

Hygiene in a hotel is a delicate issue also in consideration of the significant presence of people within the structure: guests, service staff, suppliers. This requires special attention to avoid the onset of allergies and even serious diseases.
Our steam treatment guarantees the best hygienic conditions for the benefit of all. The sanitizing and disinfection treatment in the room and the environmental treatment to eliminate bacteria, insects, odors, molds, parasites and give the environment a fresh scent.

Breakfast will be served in the breakfast room, or outside in our two private squares or served directly in your room.

• Exclusive selection of high quality products with breakfast served at the table by the room manager following the safety provisions consisting of single portions
• Alternatively use of disposable and biodegradable cutlery and crockery
  possibility of request breakfast room service.
